Hooray for EGGS! Check out the July 8th Zoe’s Granola Newsletter written by Debra Wein, MS, RD, LDN, NSCA-CPT for more info. I love Zoe’s granola and am very impressed that they are dedicated to getting the word out on all sorts of healthy breakfast foods (not just granola!).

Eggs are so versatile and cheap – I love ‘em. The brand I use for cooking and baking is Eggland’s Best. I’ve mentioned this before, but EB eggs are from 100% vegetarian chickens,  have less cholesterol and saturated fat, and more omega 3′s, lutein, and vitamin E. Plus the yolks are a deep yellow color and very pretty :-)

If you’re looking for a sweet way to enjoy eggs, try my french toast recipe with plenty of berries and peanut butter on top!
